We are looking for a BCBA Behavioral Therapist who is passionate about providing ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
This position is contract, two - three schools days per week.
The BCBA will be responsible for the following duties:
Providing direct therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
Collecting data to monitor the progress of the children as they receive ABA therapy.
Providing supervision for supervise RBT providers.
Analyzing data collected by RBT's to determine if the data is sufficient to determine whether or not ABA therapy should be provided.
Preparing and presenting research based evidence-based treatment plans to parents, caregivers, school personnel, and other caregivers.
Preparing clinical reports for parents and caregivers.
Conducting training seminars on behavior management techniques, as well as developing training materials.
Assembling treatment plans for clients based on evidence-based studies on autism spectrum disorder and other disorders that have been published in medical journals.
Providing support for parents and caregivers during clinical sessions when necessary.
