Georgia Center for Joint Care, 7 Main, is seeking a Registered Nurse / clinical nurse (RN) that is interested in working full-time days or nights 7p-7a; 7A-7P to join their team! Experienced and New Grad nurses are welcome to apply.
7 Main is a 23 bed unit specializing in total-joint procedures with a floor gym for patients recovering to conveniently take advantage of.
This unit has a great working-relationship with the refined group of very specialized, orthopedic surgeons creating an enjoyable work environment.
In addition, the Georgia Center for Joint Care has tenured employees that make up an extremely supportive, family-like atmosphere for learning nurses as well as seasoned nurses looking for a work home! 7 Main has its own Navigator on hand to help and assist at all times.
On average, the typical nurse to patient ratio is 5-1.
What you will need Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing Current valid nursing license or eNLC nursing license Current CPR required Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for assigned patient(s) in one or more patient care departments according to State Board of Nursing Practice Act, American Nursing Association Code of Ethics and standards of practice and professional performance.
Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation and evaluation for patients served.
As an active participant in decisions related to patient care and nursing practice, serves as educator, colleague, researcher, advocate and leader.
Must demonstrate competency in assuring quality care, Process Improvement, patient and employee safety, collaboration, consultation and professional development.
Assumes responsibility for planning, organizing, delegating and evaluating patient care rendered by LPNs, technicians, Medical Receptionists and other staff.
