Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules - Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Project Manager Essential Job Functions:
- 3 years of experience in excavation, utilities, site development, and water/sewer projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
