We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and help us launch a new market in Macon and Warner Robbins Ga.
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, project management, and sales skills.
Duties:
Assist in Walking Properties to Determine Properties to Acquire Prepare Offers Present Offers in Person at the Appointment Manage Negotiations over time Follow Up with Seller's(Weekly) Manage Process of Closing Deals Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams - Proficient in strategic planning and execution - Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and business development - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.
