Job Summary Coordinates and assists the Macon Operations department in compiling and maintaining various Operations/Administrative related data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for providing and verifying Confidentiality Agreements Operations administration in support of Trade compliance and Operation strategies General administration and affairs relating to operations of YKK office and community activity.
Assist Ex-Pats in obtaining housing (and utilities), Social Security documents, bank accounts, etc.
Welcomes visitors and directs visitor(s) to the correct location, Ensures visitors sign the Visitor's log.
Schedules and maintains meeting schedules for the various conference rooms.
Prepares Federal Express domestic and international air bills & express mail.
Support continuous improvement teams as needed.
Performs other position-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements Education/
Experience:
Individual must have Associate Degree (or higher) from accredited college or university and/or minimum of three-five years related experience or training necessary.
Experience using MS Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is required.
Excellent computer skills and good working knowledge of spreadsheet software is a requirement of this position.
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or an administrative environment where strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and work prioritization is required.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
