The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.
This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
We are looking for someone who is organized, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Perform general repairs to buildings, equipment, and systems.
Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical systems and components.
Repair or replace defective parts and components.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Test repaired equipment for proper operation.
Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
