Responsibilities:
Cleans and prepares exam rooms prior to each appointment Greets/treats patients respectfully with a friendly disposition Obtains and accurately records patient information such as vital signs, weight, and changes in medications to patient's chart Escorts and rooms patients Performs urine drug screens Keeps exam rooms stocked Meets current documentation standards and policies Adheres to dress code; appearance is neat and clean Maintains regulatory requirements; nursing and facility policies, procedures and standards.
Protects patient's rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information according to HIPAA regulations Job Type:
