THIS COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR CAREER EMPLOYEES! Job Description URGENTLY HIRING!! Career Recruiting Specialists has partnered with a major manufacturing company located in Macon, GA to recruit and hire a minimum of two (2) mechanical industrial maintenance technicians.
These are direct hire full-time positions.

The ideal candidates must possess the below experience in addition to being team focused.
Summary Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisory Staff, Maintenance Master Technicians perform all tasks necessary to test, repair, overhaul, maintain, construct, modify or install equipment components and machinery including; laying out, setting up or assembling work for themselves or others.
Maintenance Master Technicians make verbal, written and electronic reports of work activity, performing related work as required.
Required Qualifications Proven understanding of safety in the workplace.
A minimum of 2 years proven manufacturing/industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
Technical qualification certificate in the mechanical field.
Capability to perform inspections of mechanical systems for damage, defects or malfunctions and diagnosing the proper corrective action necessary to return equipment to basic operating conditions (troubleshooting).
Ability to diagnose failures with power generation and transmission systems, fluid power systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems including compressor operation, material handling systems, etc.
Proficiency in the principles and performance of equipment alignment with regards to shaft and couplings.
Experience with ERP systems to include:
Work Order creation & closure, Notifications spare parts identification and removal from stores.
Ability to read, understand and work from all types of drawings; prints, system diagrams, specifications, schematics and technical manuals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite.
