The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations, be able to accurately fill prescriptions, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
The Pharmacy Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring the safety and accuracy of medications, and providing advice to customers on the proper use of medications.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Dispense medications and provide instructions to patients.
Ensure accuracy of prescriptions and patient safety.
Manage medication inventory and order supplies.
Provide customer service to patients and answer questions regarding medications.
Keep records of prescriptions filled, refills, and other related information.
Maintain knowledge of current pharmacy laws and regulations.
Assist pharmacists in providing medication therapy management services.
