Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced groundskeeper to join our apartment community team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds and common areas of the community.
Picking up trash and debris and light landscaping.
Pressure washing exterior sidewalks, curbs and breezeways.
You will also be in charge of ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and stored, and that all safety guidelines are followed.
Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, replacing door handles, and cleaning and painting exterior doors.
Clean and maintain parking lots and parking lots and parking areas.
Housekeeping, and other areas as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted throughout the day.
