This 140-unit residential community provides residents with all the conveniences of a relaxing lifestyle, including a beautiful swimming pool, playground, resident clubhouse, barbeque area with grills, on-site laundry facility and on-site management office.
This is a perfect position for a candidate who is looking to be part of stable and growing company with ownership and management interests across approximately 10,000 residential units throughout the United States.

Job Requirements 2 years Apartment or similar Maintenance Technician experience.
EPA Certified.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to rotate on call 24/7/365.
Ability to lift or move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
CPO preferred.
Job Responsibilities Responsible for the completion of preventative maintenance, work orders (either interior or exterior), unit turns, ground maintenance and / or any other property task assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, Office team.
Responsible for the repair of HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
