Poulin Willey Trial Lawyers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support and Office Manager to become a core member of their team.
This person will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service, and that our busy office runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, the Client Support and Office Manager will be responsible for cultivating a favorable first impression of the firm with clients, vendors, visitors, and staff.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen attention to detail.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
