Ultrasound Tech
Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.
Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics- BLS Certified- Minimum 2 years of Experience (Sole Ultrasound Tech on shift at facility) -- Need to have general and vascular experience -- Inpatient and Outpatient at one time - Minimum education:
- Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
- Must be registered as RDMS (OB or AB); RT(S); RT(VS); RVT or RVS.
