Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assist customers.
Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed.
Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
Gather and update customer and vehicle information.
Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls.
Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
Meet all necessary metrics and goals consistently Work closely management team to develop both strengths and weaknesses Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
