Summary:
Under direct supervision, perform a wide range of administrative duties such as:
keeping track of all the personnel files, faxing, answering and routing calls, ordering and maintaining the supplies for the entire facility.
Other duties as assigned.
NOTE:
This is a twenty-nine (29) hours per week position and is not eligible for benefits.
MININMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED AND One year of clerical level experience with primary responsibility for processing at least one personnel function such as (payroll, transactions, and benefits).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One or more years of experience using Peoplesoft HR One or more years of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet NOTE:
Positions in this job are established for less than 9 months or scheduled for less than 30 hours per week and are not eligible for benefits if the position status is temporary (i.
