Macon Outdoor Power, Middle Georgia's premier outdoor equipment center, is seeking experienced and skilled Onsite Service Technicians to join our dynamic team.
Committed to providing top-notch service, we specialize in high-quality outdoor power solutions.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in outdoor power equipment, ensuring the highest quality of service.
Perform routine maintenance on a variety of equipment, including lawn mowers and trailers.
Utilize warranty experience to process and manage warranty claims efficiently.
Collaborate with customers to understand and address their equipment concerns.
Work weekends as needed to meet service demands.
Qualifications:
Proven experience and skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in outdoor power equipment.
Prior warranty experience is essential.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment.
Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
Excellent organization skills, as time management is imperative for this position.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
