- Cashiering -stocking shelves& pricing merchandise - Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization.
- Help with organizing and maintaining inventory stock levels.
- respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the manager to develop strategies for improving efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service-oriented position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in math calculations - Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities is a plus.
- communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
