Summary:
The copier technician is responsible for the proper inspection, trouble-shooting, repairing, and storing of pre-owned copy machines, printers, and other office imaging equipment.
Prior experience as a Copier Technician is preferred, but other electronics or mechanical experience could also meet the requirements.
Must be able to move or lift up 50lbs, manually.

We work with the Top leasing companies handling the sale of their Equipment coming off of lease.

Roles and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering strong performance on the turnaround time of machine receipts to audit completion, the accuracy of machine condition data, and the efficient / secure storing of machines Properly documenting received machine condition & shortages Auditing / Testing of copiers/printers.
(training will be supplied) Entering data efficiently & correctly into our computer system.
(training will be supplied) Maintaining a safe, clean and organized workspace including paper work trail.
Inventory assets using scan guns & software.
(training will be supplied) Performing repairs and parts replacement on copiers.
Completing the erasures of hard drive data from machines.
Proper archiving of error code repairs.
Sharing technical knowledge of machines throughout the warehouse team; teaching and mentoring as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Preferred 2-3 Years of Electronic Equipment Repairs and Servicing Experience High School Diploma and Technical or Vocational Education Preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Data entry experience necessary English language proficiency Dependability and a Commitment to Excellence Ability to Multi-task and Problem Solve Capable of adhering to company policies & procedures Strong communication & follow up competency Physical Demands:
Must be able to perform some heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to push up to 500 lb.

Must be able to work on his/her feet for several hours at a time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard, monitor, and mouse.
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND HOURS:
Hourly wage $17 per hour, DOE Bonus Potential of 5% of wages per quarter Benefits include Medical, Dental, and 401K Plan with Matching up to 4% Two weeks' vacation plus sick and personal time.
Paid national holidays, plus floating holiday.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:
30 am to 4:
30 pm and Friday 8:
00 am to 2:
30 pm EST.
