Summary:
Performs various administrative tasks to assist the Management team, staff of the Customer Care department, and other department(s) as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Maintain and coordinate scheduling calendars -for management, conference rooms' reservations, time-off and events, meetings, and training.
Participate in Leadership Meetings and take/distribute meeting minutes Assist with preparing the agenda and gathering information for staff meetings Serve as backup to Supervisors in ADP with employees' timecards and time-off requests.
Arrange travel for conferences and other functions, if applicable.
Process and maintain per diem forms and ensure compliance Maintain supply inventory Assist and maintain key, gas pin/card, driver assignment, and vehicle logs and contact the necessary persons as required Reconcile departments purchasing cards each month Process and Maintain reports on orders, invoices, and requisitions Track all operating expense purchase requisitions and resulting purchase orders.
Ensure all vendor services are delivered to MWA and payment processed upon completion of services.
Maintain service agreement renewals, service agreements, and other signed vendor contracts.
Maintain individual employee personnel files Assist leadership with compiling appraisals to be sent to HR Assist with yearly Capital Improvement Project - planning, proposals, and budget analysis; track purchase requisitions and resulting purchase orders, and ensure all purchase orders are executed and work completed.
Assist with yearly operating budget planning, proposals, and allocation Maintain IVR for emergency/office closure communication in the supervisor's absence.
Maintain the website for customer service sections, customer communication, and emergency/office closure communication.
Maintain the monitors' super sign presentations monthly and for special purposes Serve as emergency response contact during business hours.
Ensure customer escalations are directed to the correct staff member for handling Compile monthly KPIs and other reports for the departments Develop recurring or ad hoc reports in Excel, Cognos, and Microsoft Access at the request of leadership or others.
Assist with researching, creating, and updating company policies/SOPs.
Assist with special projects as assigned Maintain confidential information Perform other duties as assigned Customer Service Maintain and process the correspondence of the customer care inbox Assist representatives, as needed (refer to CCR duties) Greet courteously and promptly Open and sort mail, notify recipients of packages Process various portals, issues, alerts, and reminders accordingly Process various phone, email, mail, and in-office requests Submit various types of work orders Maintain various logs Assist in Stormwater and Major Account handling
Qualifications:
Knowledge of office methods and procedures with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment.
Computer literate, including 35 WPM typing speed.
Proficient in MS Office to include Excel and Word Strong verbal and written communication and correspondence skills.
Strong active listening, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills Must have the flexibility to work altered or extended hours.
A valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record Associate degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting and computer use.
Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, or balancing Ability to lift to waist level, pull, and push up to 40 pounds.
Use hands for simple grasping, writing, drawing, and operating office equipment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
