-Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Must be able to operate a multi-line switchboard.
- Other responsibilities will include, getting information from potential new clients, data entry and filing as well as assisting the partners and staff of the firm with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism - Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision We have a 60-day probation period.
We offer employee health and dental insurance (paid by firm) and employee paid vision insurance after the probation period for full time employees.
401K is offered after 1 year of employment with our firm matching up to 4%.
