This east Georgia medical center is seeking a board certified/board eligible Obstetrics/Gynecology physician as it assists a well-established independent OBGYN private practice in the greater Augusta area with two General OBGYN physician opportunities.
The practice, located in Augusta GA, has served the community since 1947.
This practice is located within the east Georgia medical system, a top regionally ranked hospital, serving patients for over 200 years.
This salaried physician will receive a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, full employee benefits (including profit sharing, relocation expenses and educational loan assistance), as well as, office setup and support from the administrative management team.

Seeking candidates completing residency/fellowship or recent graduates looking for a partnership track.
Role:
General OBGYN Seeking two physicians.
Board Eligible or Board Certified.
Fellowship not required.
Location:
A private practice with two office locations.
Primary office is located within the Health Care Systems main hospital one floor above Labor & Delivery.
The satellite practice is located in a high population growth area in West Augusta.
Program:
General OBGYN Deliveries and surgical procedures including minimally invasive surgeries.
Procedures Preferred (not necessarily required).
Schedule:
Autonomous schedule to include clinic, operating and procedures.
Weekday OB call schedule is 1 in 10 days.
Weekend call schedule is 5 weekends per year.
Holiday call schedule 1 holiday per year.
No ER call.
Only provide coverage for the Main Hospital location.
OBGYN hospitalist program is available.
20 to 30 patients per clinic day.
Compensation:
$220,000 annual salary and eligibility for productivity bonus after the completion of 2nd year of employment.
Opportunity to pursue partnership track after completion of second year (requires no buy in).

During each twelve (12) month period of employment, four (4) weeks (twenty working days) of paid time off in which the physician may use for vacation or continuing medical education.
CME Allowance provided.

Two DaVinci Xi Robots in the Hospitals Main Operating Area along with a Urogynecology equipped procedure suite located within the private practice.
Level 3 NICU and both MFM and GYN Oncologist consults readily available.
The Medical College of Georgia, which includes a pediatric surgery subspecialty, is located within two blocks from the Health Care Systems Main Hospital.
