Store, count and verify materials located in the stock room. Provide information on revolving inventory levels on an as needed basis. Fill material requisitions promptly and accurately, report discrepancies and material shortages. Issue material to specific jobs to assist with customer billing. Issue and control tools and tooling for their accountability.
JOB DUTIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Maintain a secure warehouse environment for company-owned and customer-furnished material to ensure proper accountability of assets.
2. Ensure inventory balances remain accurate by proper completion of documents to ensure receipt and issue transactions of company, commercial and customer-furnished material is in accordance with established procedures.
3. Monitor time-controlled materials and tools to ensure items are dealt with accordingly, appropriately and within specified time frame.
4. Maintain a clean, workable warehouse designed for efficiency in locating individual items and increased productivity.
5. Distribute tools and tock from stores to Maintenance personnel.
6. Review daily floor stock locations to determine replenishment requirements
MINIMUM:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum one (1) year stores experience, preferred aviation stores experience.
3. Must have working knowledge of receipt, verification and stocking of parts.
4. Knowledge of tools desirable.
5. Individual should be a self started requiring minimal supervision.
6. Read, write and understand the English language.
