Compensation & Benefits Manager

My client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Macon, GA. This is a FT, perm position that can start immediately. My client is willing to pay relocation fees. The salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages, directs, and controls the daily operation of the Benefits and Compensation.
Design, implementation, communication, measurement and revision, administration, staff supervision and management of all Health, Welfare, and Retirement and Compensation plans.
Evaluate the benefit plans of acquisition candidates, determines and executes integration strategy, including communication to employees of the newly acquired entities.
Work closely on a daily basis with the other members of the HR Department to provide services which maximize the Human Capital.
Actively participates in presentations to Administration, Department Management, Supervisors, and staff to communicate benefits and compensation philosophy and programs.
Stays abreast of Best Practices, plan, design and communication techniques.
Manages the communication and management of the wage and salary structure, premium pay and incentive plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Master degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration strongly preferred.
Five or more year's compensation experience with progressive leadership/management experience required.
Five years' experience in a compensation department of a healthcare institution required.
SPHR or Professional Certifications in Compensation preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
