Process Engineer

A Tier One Automotive facility is looking for a Process Engineer who is strong in metals and heat treating, Must have a background in lean manufacturing. Toyota Production Systems is preferred. PLC programming is a plus.
The Process Engineer is responsible for the process design and implementation. The main missions of the role are to:
oManage the product interface with product development
oContribute to the Engineering Change Management process
oSupport continuous improvement & production
oParticipate to the Manufacturing Engineering network
oProduct Interface:
oBe the interface with the product engineer (D&D) regarding follow-up of the product conception: from the acquisition phase till Start of Production.
oEnsure manufacturing feasibility, participate to product FMEA
oProcess design:
oDefine cycle time in line with takt time and standard operations
oIntegrate ergonomics principles in product design
oEstablish manufacturing routines and release manufacturing process documents
oProcess implementation:
oDefine production equipment specifications and ensure equipment delivery and installation in the plant
oContinuous improvement:
oCarry out process productivity analysis
oImplement improvements action plans
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
oMaster's Degree in engineering
oMinimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering
oGood technical skills on product and process
oStrong communication skills
Full benefits package and relocation available. Salary will range between $65,000 and $75,000 per year.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
