Plumber Technician
Candidates for the Plumber Technician position should first and foremost conduct their business, both personal and company, with honesty and integrity. Candidates must be able to work well with others as a team and be willing to help other technicians should the need arise. This position requires skill as a plumber in residential and light commercial settings as well as ability to daily interact with clients to sell necessary plumbing repairs. Anyone not comfortable interacting with clients to educate and sell necessary plumbing repairs should not respond to this posting. Plumbing Technicians will be required to learn the Mr. Rooter service system. We pay technicians on commission. All of our current technicians make well above the average wage in this area. We also have bonuses for meeting certain goals. At no point will you be asked to sell work that is not necessary. A work truck will be provided as well as certain cabling equipment. Gas cards are provided. We use a uniform service. Technicians should have all the basic plumbing hand tools and small power tools.

Technicians should be 21 years of age or older. Must have valid drivers license. Must have clean driving record and be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
