Payroll / HR Analyst
Global manufacturing company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll/HR Analyst. The Analyst will perform all activities necessary to process payrolls, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing HR/Payroll reports for management as well as Payroll and Benefit Reconciliation. This position will sever in an Admin role with the ADP HRMS and Payroll systems.
Qualifications/Competencies
o Associate Degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience.
o Demonstrated experience in Gross to Net payroll and HR/Benefits processing preferably with ADP software
o Ability to interpret Knowledge of Federal & State labor laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
o Strong oral and written communication skills.
